  11.    heavy bombing in North Vietnam after the
  12.    North Vietnamese attacked the demili-
  13.    tarized (or neutral) zone.

  15. ΓÇô President Nixon became the first U.S.
  16.    President to visit Moscow, in the Soviet
  17.    Union. There, he met with Soviet leaders 
  18.    and completed a military arms agreement.
